I don't even know what this thing was originally! An antique mold?
In any case, it now has multiple uses. Each side serves a different function.
The framed photos are the decorative side. The Victorian photos are gorgeous for sure, but you may put your own photos in the frame.
There are 2 stained glass shelves on one side. You can put small perfume bottles or some such thing on those.
The earring side has 3 small hooks and a try-on mirror.
Hang your necklaces from the big screw on the 4th side.
Oh, PS: The top is open. It can be used as a candle holder or vase (insert water cup/not included).
Yeah, I know. I'm a genius. ;)
